Return Policy
We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
You ordered the wrong thing by mistake, you’ve changed your mind, you just don’t like the product ,and you haven’t used it.
- Timeframe: Returns on most products* accepted within 2 weeks of the delivery.
- Product condition: The product must be in like-new condition, with all packaging, documentation, and applicable accessories, add-ons included.
- You ordered the wrong thing: We’ll ship you the right one, as soon as we’ve gotten the wrong one back.
- Process: Just reach out to us. Shipping is at the responsibility of the customer.
- Refund: Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 1-2 days. Shipping fees are not refunded. Credit card refund cost may be deducted from higher priced items.
*Water filters, electrical items, special order items, coffee bags, and parts for espresso machines and grinders (e.g. pumps, solenoids, and more) are NOT eligible for returns and are always final sales.
