Rocket Cronometro V – Giotto and Mozzafiato

After the first customer confusion renaming Cellini to Mozzafiato, came a second one: adding Cronometro to its naming. Well, the only thing that has changed this time is the addition of a timer. Now both vibration pump Mozzafiato and Giotto machines have a discretely designed stopwatch to time your espresso shots.

Rocket Evoluzione R – Giotto and Mozzafiato

Rocket Espresso Milan felt the need to further improve their Evoluzione V2 line of machines. Customer feedback regarding the R58 and Appartamento’s bigger knobs trickled down to the design group as well as the need to push additional features such a PID to this heat exchanger machine. Giotto’s iconic design received a nice modernization and Cellini’s straight side are now extended into the cup rail allowing it to be renamed Mozzafiato. ECM Synchronika

In a previous post we described the Profitec Pro700. This time we’re showing its cousin, the ECM Synchronika, another marvel of German engineering. In this case the Mercedes Benz of espresso machines. Dual boilers system with a very generous 2 litre steam boiler giving plenty steam power. An accurate PID temperature controller keeps the coffee water in the 0.75 litre brew boiler at exactly the right temperature.
